Drone Academy 101 Invent the Future

#ScienceWeek #VirtualEvent

Join Millennia Aviation for an interactive workshop all about Drone technology + inventing!

Drones are being used for humanitarian purposes around the world, like delivering medical supplies in rural towns and villages and extinguishing forest fires. In this workshop, we will come up with an idea for a new type of drone and go through the process of how to make an idea become a reality.

This workshop is for ages 13+ and an accompanying adult must be in attendance throughout the workshop. Booking essential. No previous technical background or materials are needed for this workshop.

During this workshop, as part of the Creating our Future campaign, we want you to brainstorm ideas of how drone technology could improve the lives of people in the future, or any other big ideas you have that might inspire researchers in Ireland.
