Take The Inventor’s Cardboard Design Challange to win some incredible prizes

A new global competition for children, where the winner will be made into a 3D character in a new stop-motion animated film about Leonardo Da Vinci, called The Inventor, written and directed by Pixar story veteran & writer of Rataouillie, Jim Capobianco.

The Prizes:

  • The winner will become a stop motion animated 3D character in The Inventor Film
  • Prizes also include a LEGO EV3 Core Robotics Kit as well as our absolute favourite invention kit of all time, The Makey Makey. And also, an essential for all young inventors and designers, we’ll be including The Empathy Toy® in the prize pack.

How to Enter:

Take the Cardboard Challenge: With no special materials required and by using everyday materials that can be found at home the challenge is to stretch your imagination and discover what you can invent with cardboard.  A new game? A robot arm? A curious contraption inspired by Leonardo Da Vinci? For inspiration + tips see below.

  • This competition is open to everyone aged 16 and under.
  • Entries to the competition must be submitted through The Inventor’s online application form
  • You will be asked to submit a photo and a short description of your invention to enter
  • The competition will close on November 30th, 2020
